This is a composite timeline of all the events that occurred in the Ground Control universe.

Prehistory

Ancien Era

• The Elder Race dominate the galaxie, seeing an very powerful Enemy coming, they starting to create the Xenofacts on various world including Mars, Krig 7-B and Nefilim 3-1-7.

The Past

Pre-Sixteen Minutes War

• An apocalyptic cult is formed by a group of Christians, which would later evolve into the Order of the New Dawn.

• March 27: Humanity is almost wiped out in the nuclear holocaust that is the Sixteen Minutes War. Hundred of millions were instantly vaporized, and dozens of cities were destroyed.
• Beginning of the Age of Chaos, or Dark Years. Earth's surface is almost uninhabitable with heavy amounts of radiation and its atmosphere is covered in a global nuclear winter,

• The Order's underground shelters were opened to aid and convert the billions of refugees on the irradiated surface.

• The Order of the New Dawn first emerges from the nuclear fallout shelters and begins to rebuild the civilized world.
• This marks the end of the Dark Years and the beginning of the Reconstruction Era.

• The Global Central Command, the new global government of Earth, and the World Court were established.

• The Global Control Command begins a vast campaign aimed at countering the growing power of the Order by creating the "Religious Constraint Agreement", an important law binding on the Order which started a vast conflict against the GCC as well as the numerous corporations supporting it. Called by the historians as the Heresy Wars, this conflict will see the appearance of the Pax Dei .

• Crayven Construction, a construction company based in Australia, is founded by Reno Crayven. It is jointly owned by Crayven, Schindler and Beck.

• Crayven Construction is later restructured into the Crayven Corporation, after Reno Crayven bought out his partners in a bitter takeover struggle.

• A unilateral cease-fire was signed, the World Court announced that the Order would be allowed to incorporate its holdings while its power was greatly diminished. The Heresy War End.
• The Crayven Corporation applies for membership in the GCC.

• The Crayven Corporation builds the Kenji Arcology on Okinawa, the Sunrise Cathedral in Monterrey, and the Domed Gardens in Mars.

• The FTL-Drive is created, called Syngularity Drive, its enabling mankind to begin the colonization of space. Travel distances of up to ten light-years/day are achieved, but the FTL technology cannot be used to leave the outer ring of the Milky Way galaxy.

Colonisation Era

• Mankind Starting to manages and terraform several uninhabitable worlds into colonies suitable for human life. Two groups of colonies are established, the Inner Sphere and the Outer Sphere, separated by the Henrich Barrier. A string of hadron particles disrupts all non-tachyon-based signals that pass through it. To counter these effects, a belt of Tachyon Com Relays are set up to permit communication between the spheres.

• Reno Crayven is diagnosed with rare and terminal form of bone cancer.

• Reno Crayven passes away on Mars in his Domed Gardens.

• Sarah Parker is born in the Chicago district, Crayven Holdings.

• Jarred Stone is born in the Rosario Sanctuary, Buenos Aires district.

The Draconis Empire Rising

• In the wake of humanity’s expansion from Earth, one of the new nations emerging was founded by Colony Commander Marcus Augustus. Augustus established an independent colony on the planet Draconis-5. The Draconis Empire was declared, and Augustus became its emperor.
• Meanwhile the Earth’s government, fearful of triggering a massive war in this frontier, refrained from military action against the Draconis. Several awkward political situations arose between the leaders, leading to an increasing use of military power, much of which was composed of mercenary forces.

Battle of Krig

• A Conflict between the Crayver Corporation and the Order of the New Dawn was delivered to the planet Krig-7b. The Conflict escalated from a regular acquisition of a colony to a dangerous race for the capture of an Aien extraterrestrial technology of several million years. It turned out that Krig-7b was the link of a vast galactic network of Xenofacts created for military purposes by a very advanced Ancient Species once in conflict with another Race. Discovering the real results of this conflict, Major Sarah Parker of the Crayven Corporation decided to betray her superiors in order to render this extraterrestrial technology unusable by destroying the main Xenofact present on the planet. allying with Jared Stone of the Order of the New Dawn, they managed to destroy the main Xenofact thereby activating the First Activation Signal of the Galactic network. After that, the two pariahs tried to leave, not without incident.

Dark Conspiracy

• Following the events of Krig-7b, Major Sarah Parker, former DeaconJared Stone and his comrades seek to escape from the planet on which they are trapped. Struggling against the laggards of the Order of the New Dawn and the newly arrived forces of the Crayven, the two Pariahs will manage to escape with their respective troops. Unfortunately, Jared Stone will be captured by the Crayven. Sara will try to free him starting a vast race through the Colonies in search of her new friend.
• After rallying to her cause the Phoenix Mercenaries, outlaws considered by the Crayven as Outcasts, Major Sara Parker launches into a vast cabal in which she will cause the fall of the Order of the New Dawn as well as of the Earth during the Battle of the Lunar Prison where it will destroy the Earth's Defense.

Independence Wars

• Welby-Simms Corporation was the first to declare independence followed by the Crayven starting the wars of independence. The insurrection spread to all the colonies like the black plague. A few years later, the majority of the colonies in the outer sphere declared themselves independent. Several alliances, coalitions and unions have been formed.

• Earth’s government had lost most of its former power and only controlled a handful of remaining colonies

The First Stellar War

• Seeing the colonial insurgency as the perfect time to start a war against the weakened Earth government. The Draconis Empire launched a vast offensive paralyzing the forces of the beginner of a vast Interstellar conflict between the two powers. many colonies join this conflict taking more and more dimensions with the wire of the declarations of war. Humanity had experienced war before, but the scale and scope of the stellar war was unmatched. Several central colonies were wiped out, others isolated.

• The destruction of Tachyon Com relays and space stations in deep space interrupting communication with the outside sphere put an end to the conflict plunging the Colonies into relative silence.

Age of Silence

• The Intergalatic Trade Guild is formed in the Outer Sphere at some point during this period.
• Several contacts between the Trade Guild and the Terran Empire leading to the rumors of tyranny, indoctrination camps, and other terrors were enough to make members of the NSA cover their eyes and ears and ignore the Inner Sphere.

• A Treaty is signed among 23 star systems in the Outer Sphere on Ariel Prime, establishing the Northern Star Alliance.

The Second Stellar War

2699

• October 5: the Terran Empire launches a full-scale invasion of the Outer Sphere, triggering the Second Stellar War.
• NSA worlds were faced with orbital bombardment followed by the landing of a huge occupation force.

• Ariel Prime is the first planet to fall to Terran occupation.

2714

• Jacob Angelus is born in Victoria City, Morningstar Prime.

2728

• The entire NSA space fleet is wiped out after a decisive battle by the Terran Empire.
• Majority of NSA worlds fall to Terran control by the end of this period.

The Present

• Imperator Vlaana has managed to gain control of nearly all NSA worlds and is now laying siege to Morningstar Prime. The brilliant leadership of General Warhurst has so far kept her from achieving her goal. The war is currently at a stalemate. The NSA is backed into a corner and cannot hold out for much longer, but Vlaana’s forces are spread throughout the quadrant as she keeps a stranglehold on the rest of the colonies. Something has to give and eventually something will...
